Duties:

• Manage and litigate an independent caseload
• Collaborate effectively within a team and independently as needed
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents
• Engage in pre-trial preparation, depositions, and court appearances
• Maintain strong communication with clients and provide legal guidance
• Work closely with other attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient case management

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in litigation; newly admitted attorneys with a strong interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply
• Ability to manage and run cases independently from start to finish
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to managing responsibilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the State Bar
