• Manage a heavy caseload with a focus on trial advocacy.
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations.
• Develop and implement legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
• Participate in business development activities to expand the firm's presence in the private wealth and fiduciary litigation niche.
• Stay current with legal trends and changes in trust and estate law.

Requirements:

• 2-6 years of litigation experience at an AmLaw 100 firm, preferably focusing on trust and estate litigation.
• Experience or exposure to issues involving trusts, decedents’ estates, conservatorships, or adult guardianships.
• Admission to the California Bar.
• Strong academic background from a top-tier law school.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited, top-tier law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the California Bar.
