Wills Estates and Probate Attorney

A law firm in Winter Park, FL, is seeking a Wills Estates and Probate Attorney with at least 5 years of experience in the practice area. The ideal candidate will hold a Florida license and possess expertise in handling wills, estates, and probate matters.

Duties:

• Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
• Administer probate estates, including asset identification, valuation, and distribution.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients on estate planning matters.
• Represent clients in probate court proceedings.
• Handle estate and trust litigation matters, if necessary.
• Assist clients with asset protection and wealth preservation strategies.
• Prepare and file estate tax returns.
• Conduct legal research on complex estate planning and probate issues.

Requirements:

• Florida license to practice law.
• 5+ years of experience in Wills, Estates, and Probate practice area.
• Strong understanding of Florida probate laws and procedures.
• Excellent drafting and communication skills.
• Ability to manage a high caseload efficiently.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Florida Bar license.

Experience:
