Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in legal proceedings, including court appearances and negotiations
  • Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies
  • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as contracts, pleadings, and motions
  • Negotiate settlements for clients in various legal matters
  • Provide legal advice and guidance to clients regarding their rights and options
  • Maintain organized case files and ensure timely updates and documentation
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff for comprehensive case management
  • Stay informed about updates to laws and regulations relevant to practice areas

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interactions and legal documentation
  • Experience in litigation and the ability to confidently handle cases in court
  • Familiarity with legal administrative tasks is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for thorough case preparation

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active license to practice law

Skills:

  • Experience in family law, estate planning, probate, personal injury, real property disputes, and/or criminal defense
  • Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills
  • Ability to manage cases from start to finish
