Intake Attorney

Job Overview:
A well-established personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced Intake Attorney for its office in Orlando, FL. This role is focused on handling all aspects of personal injury cases prior to the filing of a complaint. The attorney will evaluate case merits, guide clients, and supervise the intake team. This position is ideal for a licensed attorney with strong client service, research, and legal analysis skills.

Duties:

• Supervise and provide direction to the intake team
• Evaluate the merits of personal injury cases
• Provide legal guidance and counsel to clients
• Conduct medical case reviews
• Review statute of limitations (SOL) for cases
• Perform legal research and analysis
• Prioritize client communication and representation

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in Florida (in good standing)
• Strong research, verbal, and written communication skills
• Excellent investigative and problem-solving skills
• Experience supervising a team of staff
• Client-focused with strong customer service skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Florida Bar License (required)
