Duties:

• Advocate for clients throughout the workers' compensation proceedings

• Conduct in-depth legal research and analyze complex issues to develop strategic plans for clients

• Engage in hearings, negotiate settlements, and establish strong client relationships to ensure favorable outcomes

• Collaborate with legal professionals to gather evidence, prepare cases, and strengthen client positions

• Represent clients effectively during workers' compensation hearings and settlement negotiations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in workers' compensation law

• Active membership and good standing with the California State Bar

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent analytical abilities with a keen attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active California State Bar license
