A law firm seeks a dedicated and proactive attorney to join its expanding team in downtown Orlando, FL. This role presents an exciting opportunity to play an integral part in the firm’s growth, focusing on real estate, business law, estate planning, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in these areas, with the opportunity to engage in dynamic marketing initiatives and client relationship-building efforts.

Duties

  • Provide legal consultation to clients regarding real estate, business law, landlord/tenant issues, title insurance, and related matters.
  • Assist clients with estate planning and probate services.
  • Conduct comprehensive legal research to inform case strategies and solutions.
  • Draft legal documents such as contracts, agreements, and pleadings.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, staff, and other stakeholders via phone, email, and virtual meetings (Zoom, Teams).
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement business strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Participate in marketing, educational events, and community outreach to enhance the firm’s visibility and growth.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in legal practice, with exposure to real estate, business law, or estate planning.
  • Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
  • Strong background in legal research, drafting, and negotiations.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing exceptional client service.
  • Ability to manage caseloads independently and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Florida Bar License (Required)
