Duties:

• Manage and work on complex Intellectual Property litigation matters.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on strategy, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents related to IP litigation.
• Participate in settlement negotiations and attend court proceedings.
• Provide detailed legal research and analysis in the area of Intellectual Property law.
• Assist in managing client relationships and provide timely updates on case progress.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in Intellectual Property and complex litigation, preferably in a major or regional law firm.
• Engineering, technical, or science background preferred, but not required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid academic credentials and demonstrated legal expertise in Intellectual Property litigation.

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the California State Bar.
