A law firm is seeking a Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney for their Dallas, TX office:

Job Overview:

The Mid-level Class Action Associate Attorney will primarily focus on handling class action defense and complex commercial litigation matters. The role requires a strong background in litigation, particularly within AmLaw 100 firms, and experience managing multi-matter dockets.

Duties:

  • Communicate verbally and in writing with clients, legal teams, and external parties.
  • Produce high-quality work products and deliverables within designated timelines.
  • Manage and oversee multi-matter dockets, including class action defense cases.
  • Conduct legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
  • Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in case strategy meetings and trial preparation.
  • Maintain compliance with firm policies and practices.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Minimum 4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm.
  • Experience managing multi-matter dockets, specifically in class action defense.
  • Proficiency in complex commercial litigation, securities, or consumer litigation.
  • Previous federal clerkship experience is preferred.
  • Admission to the State Bar of Texas is required.
