Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in family law, including litigation, mediation, and trials.
  • Familiarity with Utah family law statutes, court procedures, and legal documentation processes.
  • Proven ability to manage a caseload independently from initiation through trial.
  • Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active and in good standing Utah Bar License.

Skills:

  • Proficiency in legal research and drafting complex legal documents.
  • Expertise in courtroom procedures and client representation.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with technology tools such as Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and case management software.
