A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney to join its team in El Paso, TX. This full-time, on-site position presents an excellent opportunity for an attorney with 1-5 years of experience in real estate law. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of real estate transactions, contract law, and legal processes related to property law. You will play a key role in advising clients and working on real estate-related legal matters within a dynamic and supportive environment.

Duties

  • Provide legal counsel to clients on a range of real estate matters, including property transactions, contracts, and lease agreements.
  • Assist in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, purchase agreements, and closing documents.
