Duties:

• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements.
• Engage in legal research, analysis, and strategy development for complex cases.
• Attend hearings, depositions, and court appearances as needed.
• Work closely with clients, providing updates and ensuring clear communication throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff in preparing for trials.
• Manage a caseload, ensuring timely and efficient progression of all matters.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of litigation experience.
• Newly admitted attorneys with an interest in civil litigation are encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admission to the California State Bar.
