Duties:

• Independently manage a docket of personal injury cases, including auto negligence, no-fault PIP claims, and premises liability.
• Represent clients in all aspects of litigation, from case initiation to resolution.
• Prepare and argue motions, conduct depositions, and handle discovery.
• Provide courtroom representation, including trial preparation and participation.
• Collaborate with the firm's founder and provide case coverage as needed.
• Advocate for clients to achieve favorable outcomes, including negotiating settlements.
• Maintain organized and accurate case files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the State Bar of Michigan.
• Experience in personal injury litigation preferred.
• Trial experience is strongly desired.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
