Duties

  • Manage and oversee corporate transactions from inception to conclusion, including acquisitions, divestitures, equity, debt financings, private equity-sponsored transactions, joint ventures, strategic investments, and other corporate matters.
  • Simultaneously handle multiple legal matters at different stages, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Produce high-quality legal work and meet billing requirements to ensure excellent client service.
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and effective communication with attorneys and clients.
  • Work independently and productively while utilizing support staff or junior associates to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Generate and manage business through both group and individual efforts.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards of the legal profession.

Requirements

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Licensed to practice law in good standing in Colorado.
  • Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate transactions, and drafting and reviewing sophisticated corporate documents.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle high-level, strategic legal matters.
  • Proven track record of producing quality legal work and meeting billing targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado.
