Duties:

• Led and managed a team of trial attorneys with a focus on personal injury litigation.
• Oversee all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, and depositions.
• Guide trial preparation and strategy, ensuring high-quality case development.
• Utilize sophisticated legal software to monitor and manage team performance and case progress.
• Maximize case value by guiding effective trial preparation and strategic litigation planning.
• Mentor and develop junior attorneys, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
• Ensure the legal team remains client-focused and meets the firm's standards of excellence.
• Maintain an organized approach to managing multiple cases simultaneously.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of trial experience, preferably within personal injury litigation.
• Demonstrated experience managing trial attorneys and litigation teams.
• Strong leadership and management skills with a deep understanding of litigation processes.
• Experience in both plaintiff and defense litigation management preferred.
• Proven track record of effective courtroom performance and trial success.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new legal technology and implement it effectively in team management.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.

Certifications:

• A Texas State Bar License is required.
