Remote Litigation Associate Attorney

Duties:

• Manage litigation files from inception to trial
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Assist in case management, preparation, and organization
• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials
• Negotiate settlements with defense lawyers and adjusters
• Participate in alternative dispute resolution processes
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategy and client communication
• Analyze legal documents, contracts, and agreements for accuracy and relevance

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active Florida Bar license (mandatory)
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Experience in litigation or legal administrative work
• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar license

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research databases such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with electronic discovery software and document management systems (preferred)
