The ideal candidate will have 28 years of experience representing clients in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations, and criminal enforcement matters. The position requires substantive knowledge of antitrust law, strong writing and analytical skills, and top academic credentials.

Key Responsibilities:
• Represent clients in civil litigation cases involving antitrust laws.
• Manage and conduct DOJ/FTC civil conduct investigations.
• Handle criminal enforcement matters related to antitrust violations.
• Provide expert legal advice and strategies to clients regarding antitrust compliance and litigation.
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on current antitrust laws and regulations.
• Prepare and present cases in court, effectively advocating for clients.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional legal counsel and service.
• Participate in business development efforts to attract and retain clients.

Requirements:
• 28 years of experience in antitrust law.
• Demonstrated experience in civil litigation, DOJ/FTC investigations, and criminal enforcement.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Top academic credentials.
• Admission to the State Bar or ability to be admitted promptly.

Education:
• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
