  • Collaborate with clients, experts, and other legal professionals to build effective legal strategies.
  • Advise clients on legal issues, litigation risks, and settlement options.
  • Maintain thorough and accurate records of client interactions, case developments, and court documents.

Requirements:

  • 4-7 years of experience in trust and estate litigation.
  • Strong academic record and excellent professional credentials.
  • Ability to represent clients effectively in court and other legal proceedings.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex litigation matters from inception through resolution.
  • Admission to practice law in California required.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active admission to the California Bar.
