Duties:

• Represent clients during court proceedings and negotiations.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation.
• Draft, review, and manage legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Communicate efficiently with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials.
• Keep current with developments in the law and procedural updates.
• Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines effectively.
• Participate in crafting and executing legal strategies for client success.
• Represent the firm in legal forums, associations, and professional organizations.

Requirements:

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida State Bar.
• 3-5 years of experience in litigation, ideally in family law.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team setting.
• Superior organizational and time management skills.
• Discretion of confidential and sensitive information.
• Familiarity with Florida state court procedures.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Active membership with the Florida State Bar.
