  • Conduct legal research and provide counsel, leveraging guidance from senior associates.

  • Move family law cases efficiently toward resolution, working with clients and team members.
  • Analyze legal conflicts, provide solutions, and negotiate favorable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of family law experience, including trial experience.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to exceed billable hour requirements.
  • Ability to prioritize client needs and maintain high standards of client satisfaction.
  • Effective problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, professional interactions.
  • Team-oriented with a collaborative and adaptable approach.
  • Ability to conduct financial discussions with clients regarding case objectives.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Virginia Bar license.
