Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience

Duties:

• Manage commercial litigation cases, from pre-litigation through trial.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft motions, and prepare written discovery.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and mediation.
• Analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice to clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys on case strategies and client communication.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and transactional agreements.
• Ensure all cases are handled in compliance with legal standards and deadlines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation.
• Transactional experience is a plus.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Ability to handle a high volume of work and manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.
