Duties:

  • Negotiate personal injury settlements and monitor settlement disbursements.
  • Perform leadership and management functions when needed.

Requirements:

  • Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness.
  • Previous experience in plaintiff personal injury law is preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-volume setting.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills (both written and verbal).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain professional relationships.
  • High degree of professionalism and business judgment.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Arizona State Bar License (or awaiting Character & Fitness).
