This full-time role involves managing real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings. Duties

  • Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents related to real estate investments.
  • Conduct research to support investment funds operations and ensure compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
  • Produce high-quality work within established deadlines.
  • Foster positive work relationships within the team and with clients.
  • Participate in virtual meetings and other work-related tasks as required.
  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, focused on acquisitions, dispositions, and financings.
  • Familiarity with securities offerings is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.
