Job Overview:

A leading law firm in San Antonio, TX is seeking Family Law Attorneys to join its expanding practice. The ideal candidate will handle all aspects of family law cases, from preparing for court hearings to meeting with clients and drafting legal documents. Location:

  • San Antonio, TX

Duties:

  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Draft legal documents, motions, pleadings, and discovery.
  • Provide comprehensive client-centered service, ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated paralegal and legal team to manage cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, court staff, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in family law (newly licensed attorneys with a passion for family law are encouraged to apply).
  • Licensed to practice law in Texas and in good standing with the Texas Bar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with legal staff.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools such as Westlaw is preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar license (Required).

Skills:

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality legal services.
  • Ability to handle sensitive family law cases with empathy and professionalism.
