Job Overview:A reputable law firm is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Attorney to manage judicial foreclosure and litigation cases with a focus on residential real estate litigation, mortgage, and transactional matters. This role will be responsible for protecting client interests in litigation proceedings, managing cases from inception to completion, and providing strategic legal advice to clients.
