Duties

  • Manage a full caseload of personal injury litigation cases from start to completion
  • Draft legal documents including motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
  • Conduct and defend depositions
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, such as pretrial conferences, motion hearings, and jury trials
  • Negotiate settlements and participate in mediation sessions
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates and ensuring client satisfaction
  • Work closely with paralegal and support staff to streamline case management and preparation

Requirements

  • Active Georgia Bar License in good standing
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, preferably in personal injury or insurance defense
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to delivering high-quality, client-focused legal service

Education

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications

  • Licensed to practice law in Georgia (required)
