Job Overview: A law firm in Orlando, FL, is seeking a Corporate Mergers And Acquisitions Private Equity Associate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions within an Am Law firm setting. Duties:

  • Assist in structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers and acquisitions transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence investigations.
  • Draft and review transactional documents, including purchase agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support to clients on various corporate matters related to mergers and acquisitions and private equity.
  • Collaborate with partners and senior associates on complex transactions.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactional experience in an Am Law firm.
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills.
  • Experience working in an Am Law 100 law firm.
  • Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Florida Bar.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
