Intake Attorney

A law firm seeks a motivated and detail-oriented Intake Attorney to evaluate potential client cases and ensure accurate data entry into the firm’s system. This role requires exceptional communication skills and familiarity with Michigan's No-Fault Law. Duties

• Communicate with prospective clients via phone and in-person consultations.
• Assess potential client cases to determine suitability for representation or referral to other firms.
• Ensure accurate and thorough data entry into the firm's systems.
• Conduct follow-up calls with potential clients to gather additional information.
• Provide legal guidance and support to the intake team, including intake specialists.

Requirements

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including cultural awareness and relationship management.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to ethical practice.
• Familiarity with Michigan No-Fault Law is preferred.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and client consultation proficiency.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Michigan.
