Job Title: Junior/Mid-Level Associate Attorney

Job Overview: A law firm in Boca Raton, FL, is seeking motivated junior and mid-level associate attorneys with experience in insurance defense, specifically first-party property cases. Duties:

• Manage individual caseloads under the supervision of senior partners
• Draft motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft memorandums
• Attend hearings and court conferences
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Participate in property inspections
• Consult with expert witnesses
• Represent clients in mediation
• Assist in trial preparation and participate in trials

Requirements:

• Admission to the Florida Bar or certified for admission
• 1-5 years of experience in first-party property defense or related fields

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active Florida Bar License (required)
