Duties:

  • Handle incident response and manage data breach investigations.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data privacy and security law, preferably focusing on healthcare.
  • Demonstrated experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
  • Proven track record advising on state and federal privacy laws and regulatory compliance.
  • Experience in managing data protection, data management, and incident response.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with lawyers and non-lawyers.
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of data privacy and security laws and regulations.
