Duties

• Work directly under firm partners on all aspects of civil litigation.
• Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Conduct legal research and develop compelling written arguments.
• Represent clients in hearings, take and defend depositions, and support trial efforts.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize case handling from pre-litigation through appeal.

Requirements

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 1-4 years of experience in civil litigation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and willingness to learn and grow professionally.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California Bar License.
