Duties:

• Worked within diverse litigation practice groups, including business litigation, employment, appellate, general liability, and construction defect.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and gain exposure to a variety of complex cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, trial preparation, and client communications.
• Contribute to case strategy development and provide support during trial proceedings.
• Engage in professional development through mentorship and training opportunities.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of experience in litigation, with a demonstrated interest in expanding expertise in multiple practice areas.
• Strong academic record and references showcasing professional stability.
• Member of the Texas Bar in good standing.
• Relevant experience in litigation is preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team environment with excellent communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Licensed to practice law in Texas (or eligible to obtain licensure in Texas).

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research, writing, and drafting documents.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
