Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of state and federal court rules and procedures
  • Excellent litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong legal research and writing abilities

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the Utah State Bar is required
