Associate Litigation Attorney (Medical Malpractice/Healthcare Law)

• Engage in client relationship management and support business development efforts

Requirements:

• 3-7 years of experience in medical malpractice defense or healthcare law
• Strong understanding of state and federal court rules and procedures
• Excellent litigation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously
• Strong legal research and writing abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in the Utah State Bar is required
