Job Overview:
A San Antonio-based law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2–3 years of experience to handle family law matters. The ideal candidate will assist clients in navigating various aspects of family law and provide high-quality legal services.

Location:

  • San Antonio, TX

Duties:

  • Represent clients in all aspects of family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and asset division.
  • Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
  • Advise clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and options in family law matters.
  • Conduct legal research to ensure compliance with Texas family law statutes.
  • Prepare for and attend court hearings, mediations, and client meetings.
  • Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel.
  • Maintain accurate and organized case files.

Requirements:

  • 2–3 years of experience in family law practice.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and legal teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active Texas Bar License (Required).
