Business and Corporate Attorney

A law firm in Glendale, CA is seeking a Business and Corporate Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience practicing law in the United States. The ideal candidate must have strong contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills, as well as expertise in issue-spotting within business and corporate law. They will provide legal advice and counsel to clients, attend team meetings, and demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Duties:

• Draft, review, and redline contracts and agreements.
• Negotiate terms and conditions in contracts on behalf of clients.
• Provide legal advice and strategic counsel to business and corporate clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on business and corporate law issues.
• Attend and actively participate in team meetings and client consultations.
• Ensure compliance with legal standards and regulations in business transactions.
• Handle various legal matters related to business formation, governance, mergers and acquisitions, and commercial transactions.

Requirements:

• License to practice law in California.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an attorney in the United States.
• Excellent contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiating skills.

Education:
