A law firm seeks an eDiscovery Attorney to manage eDiscovery processes in complex and global litigations and investigations.

Job Overview:

The eDiscovery Attorney will be responsible for overseeing the eDiscovery process, advising stakeholders on eDiscovery issues, implementing custom workflows, and serving as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics.

Duties:

  • Manage eDiscovery in a portfolio of complex and global litigations & investigations
  • Utilize eDiscovery review platforms, including Relativity, Recommind, and other analytics tools
  • Advise legal, compliance, and group investigation stakeholders on eDiscovery issues & strategies
  • Work with eDiscovery processes and evolving technologies, and their interrelation with other disciplines
  • Identify and escalate improvements to eDiscovery policies and procedures
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on eDiscovery topics and assist with onboarding and training
  • Implement custom workflows to reduce client costs and enhance speed-to-evidence
  • Create and refine standard documentation, including ESI protocols, Protective Orders, and training guides

Requirements:

  • JD degree
  • 5 years of experience managing eDiscovery in complex litigations and investigations
  • Admission to the Bar (any state)
  • Strong understanding of current eDiscovery law, processes, and technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proven ability to identify continuous improvements in policies and processes

Skills:

  • Strong use and familiarity with eDiscovery review platforms
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills

Education:

  • JD degree

Certifications:
