Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity investments.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents, including purchase agreements, merger agreements, and ancillary documents.
  • Conducted due diligence and managed due diligence processes for various transactions.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to develop and implement transaction strategies.

  • Perform legal research and analysis on corporate law and M&A issues.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions and general transactional work.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
