An established law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Attorney to join their team in Tampa, Florida. Duties:

  • Conduct title review and resolution for real estate transactions.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate matters.
  • Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, deeds, and other legal documents.
  • Represent clients in real estate closings.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Communicate with clients, real estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
  • Handle negotiations and resolve issues that may arise during transactions.
  • Perform legal research and analysis related to real estate law.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills and responsiveness.
  • Strong customer and client service orientation.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Expertise in title review and resolution.
  • 2-5 years of experience in real estate law with strong industry knowledge.
  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Licensed Notary Public.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Must be licensed to practice law in Florida.

Skills:

  • Title review and resolution expertise.
  • Strong legal drafting and document review skills.
  • Real estate transaction representation.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Knowledge of residential real estate laws and regulations.
