Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research using programs such as Westlaw and Lexis.
• Collaborate with administrative staff and senior attorneys to ensure efficient case management.

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently while managing a substantial caseload.
• Proficiency in legal research programs such as Westlaw and Lexis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience practicing law in a firm setting.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Must be a member of the local bar association (active membership preferred).
