Associate Attorney - Employment Law

A law firm seeks two motivated Associate Attorneys to join its Bellingham, WA office. Duties

• Assist in various employment law matters, providing legal support to clients.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to support case development and strategies.
• Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and employment agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring their understanding of legal rights and obligations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop comprehensive case strategies and solutions.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Washington State.
• Strong interest in employment law and related areas.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• Active membership in the Washington State Bar Association is required.
