This large firm is very prestigious and has offices in Los Angeles, and New York, along with many other areas around the country. In the early 90s, this firm was very stodgy and conservative, but they performed a massive overhaul and restructuring and now they seem to be a top choice for associates. With a young partnership and an excellent open door policy, this firm seems to be more interested in getting the work done right the first time, rather than instigating a highly competitive aggressive atmosphere. Many of the young partners are developing newer practice groups to complement the core groups of M&A, litigation and corporate finance. Compensation at the Los Angeles office is the same for associates in the New York office, which makes the California salaries some of the highest in the area. While you will be expected to work hard, the associates seem to enjoy spending time together when out of the office as well.

Your information will not be forwarded to any employers at this time. A recruiter will contact you with more information once our internal review of your resume is completed.
