Requirements:

  • Admitted to the Florida Bar and in good standing.
  • Experience in probate law with a focus on estate administration and probate litigation.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a probate practice.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Florida Bar.
