Duties:

  • Represent clients in construction defect litigation matters, handling cases from start to finish.
  • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare motions and other legal documents.
  • Manage discovery, depositions, and trial preparation.
  • Develop and implement effective legal strategies.
  • Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to ensure high-quality service to clients.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior associates and legal staff.
  • Actively engage with clients and build strong, trusted relationships.
  • Participate in firm-wide initiatives aimed at promoting a positive, inclusive culture.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in construction defect litigation.
  • Proven track record of managing complex cases and achieving favorable outcomes.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A member in good standing with the California State Bar.
  • Excellent references and a stable employment history.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership with the California State Bar.
