• Collaborate with the legal team to develop innovative approaches to resolving cases.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in insurance defense or related legal fields.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases through trial, including hearings and depositions.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada (required).
• Additional licensure in other states is an asset.
