Duties:

  • Represent clients in litigation, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
  • Handle guardianship matters, including the establishment and management of guardianships.
  • Address healthcare legal issues, such as medical malpractice claims, patient rights, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs, memos, and pleadings.

  • Admission to the Florida State Bar, with the ability to practice law in Tampa, FL.
