Attorney needed for Tampa office

A law firm in Tampa, FL, is seeking a dedicated Attorney to handle litigation, guardianship, and healthcare matters. The ideal candidate will have 0-5 years of experience and will be expected to manage a variety of legal issues, providing exceptional legal representation and support to clients.

Duties:

• Represent clients in litigation, including preparing and presenting cases in court.
• Handle guardianship matters, including the establishment and management of guardianships.
• Address healthcare legal issues, such as medical malpractice claims, patient rights, and compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare legal documents, including briefs, memos, and pleadings.
• Provide legal advice to clients on matters related to guardianship and healthcare.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Manage case files, maintain accurate and detailed records, and ensure compliance with legal procedures and deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and staff to provide comprehensive legal services.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and other legal proceedings as required.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-approved law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar, with the ability to practice law in Tampa, FL.
• 0-5 years of experience in litigation, guardianship, and/or healthcare law.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:
