Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters in Illinois state and federal courts.
• Manage case files, conduct legal research, and draft motions and briefs.
• Participate in discovery, depositions, hearings, and trials.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case strategy development.
• Communicate directly with clients and assist in the preparation of legal documentation.
• Assist in business development and maintaining client relationships.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of litigation experience or completion of a judicial clerkship.
• Experience in complex commercial litigation, with familiarity in Illinois state and federal courts preferred.
• Must be admitted to practice law in Illinois.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong academic credentials and professional achievements.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Admitted to the Illinois State Bar.
