Menlo Park office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a labor and employment defense litigation attorney with 5+ years of experience. Candidate will be drafting pleadings, motions, oppositions, and discovery. Candidate will also be taking and defending depositions and handling investigations. Candidate should have experience trying cases as 1st chair. Must be comfortable running class actions and all that entails. Must be a member of the CA bar. The position can be fully remote and only requires a few appearances so the candidate can be based anywhere in California.
