Duties:

• Handle diverse coverage cases, including:
  • Commercial General Liability (CGL).
  • Advertising injury.
  • Directors & Officers (D&O) liability.
  • Professional liability.
  • Workers' compensation.
  • First-party property claims.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies.
• Argue motions, take depositions, and participate in trials.
• Maintain regular client interactions and manage case responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in insurance coverage.
• Active California Bar license.
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• California Bar membership is in good standing.
