Job Overview: A dynamic law firm is seeking a motivated and experienced Attorney to join its team in Cincinnati, OH. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to work on a variety of cases in the areas of family law, billing, and bankruptcy. Location:

Duties:

  • Represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, and support cases
  • Handle litigation for various cases, including billing and bankruptcy matters
  • Regularly take on family law cases in Butler County
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements
  • Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients on family law and bankruptcy issues
  • Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as required
  • Manage case files and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Valid Ohio state license to practice law in good standing
  • Experience in family law, billing, and bankruptcy law
  • Ability to handle family law cases in Butler County regularly
  • Strong litigation experience
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Ohio State Bar membership (Required)
