Duties:

  • Manage an extensive caseload related to collection matters, including drafting legal documents and conducting thorough legal research.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills with a meticulous approach to solving legal challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet strict deadlines.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:
